At the core of Highland 2007 is partnership working.  The exciting programme of events and the fantastic opportunities on offer in 2007 would not be possible without the support and assistance of our three member organisations, the 33 national agencies who form our Concordat, the other local authorities who have pledged support and our Official partners.
