The Highlands are one of the wildest parts of Britain and the drama of the Highland landscape underpins many aspects of the region’s culture.  From the unrivalled peat bog expanses of the Caithness Flow Country to the rugged Arctic Cairngorm plateau; the sweeping glens; peat-dark waters and white sand beaches; the amazing sunlight; the wide open spaces and the many amazing animals, birds and plants that live here. This amazing environment is good for both the body and the mind.
