Welcome to Highland 2007

Community events are at the heart of Highland 2007 and principally focus on the participation of people living in the Highlands and Islands. The aim of the Community Programme is to enable community groups and organisations to decide how Highland culture should be celebrated in their own area in 2007.

Highland Council Community Programme Funds for this programme have been allocated to each Highland Council area by The Highland Council, the Scottish Executive and Highlands and Islands Enterprise.
